The project work with the last ambitious persons, which lasts several months, finally generates a reasonable vision concerning the company´s performance, which is divided into precise strategic sub-goals. The goals are demanding and attractive, and the management team is accompanied in implementing the plans into everyday life. For the entire implementation phase, a short-term success controlling is installed and the progress of increasing the performance is followed up in public forums and panels. And everybody notices: the end of the flagpole has not been reached yet!
